CRANE ---- Crane Army Ammunition Activity officials say they are working with the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OHSA) to remedy several serious safety violations related to a March explosion at the facility located on NSA Crane property. A pyrotechnic facility explosion on March 28 sent five employees IU Health Bloomington Hospital for outpatient treatment and temporarily closed the unit.
