Six Greene County citizens made a special commitment to help a child in need when Greene Circuit Judge Erik "Chip" Allen recently administered their oath to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in a ceremony in the Circuit courtroom. Laura McIntosh, Jane Barnett, Christie Burton, Whitney McKim, Charlotte Webb, and one other person were sworn in on May 22 after completing 30 hours of training to prepare for their duties.....
