Thursday, January 12 The Shakamak Board of School Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 6:10 p.m. in the Shakamak Jr./Sr. High School Media Center. Preceding the regularly scheduled meeting will be a Board of Finance Meeting starting at 6 p.m. The Linton Public Library will host Little Movers for Preschoolers Every other Thursday, Jan, 12 and 26, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Enjoy happy music and joyful movement and dance. The Linton Public Library will host teen board games and pizza from 4-5 p.m. The Greene County Sheriff’s Merit Board will meet at 6 p.m. in the conference room at the Greene County Jail. The jail is located at 204 County Road 70 East, at the east edge of Bloomfield. The Linton-Stockton Board of School Trustees will meet at 5:30 p.m. in executive session. This meeting will be held at 801 N.E. 1st Street, Linton. The Bloomfield Public Library will have Teen Google Cardboard Virtual Reality from 3:30-5 p.m. If you’ve ever seen your favorite gaming YouTubers play Virtual Reality games and wished you could do the same, experience it with this free program at the library.
