Chain reaction of domestic dispute, search warrant and arrest on preliminary felony charges in Linton

As described in a probable cause affidavit filed by Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson, a domestic dispute on November 18 and eventual search warrant of a residence resulted in the arrest of a Linton man, Justin McDonald, 38. The alleged perpetrator was taken into custody on preliminary charges of Level 5 felony battery with a deadly weapon, Level 5 felony intimidation with a deadly weapon, two counts of Level 5 felony unlawful carrying of a handgun, Level 6 felony pointing a loaded firearm, Level 5 felony possession of methamphetamine, two counts of Level 6 felony possession of a controlled substance, Class B misdemeanor battery, Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class C misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.. ...

Worthington council addresses concerns over sewer rate hikes
