State Representative tells Linton Council that Business Personal Property Tax cut will have no impact unless the county adopts it

Indiana District 62 State Representative Matt Ubelhor (R-Bloomfield) stood before the Linton City Council meeting to apologize for not attending a March 10 meeting, as expected, and to give an update on the controversial Business Personal Property Tax bill, which drew a storm of controversy this past legislative session.
